These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and z666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered through z666.buzz, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fishing games, and any promotional activities associated with the Platform. These Terms apply to all users of z666 regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the Platform.

z666 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently updated. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the z666 platform.

By creating an account on z666.buzz, by clicking any "I Agree" or "Register" button, or by otherwise accessing and using the z666 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. This agreement is effective from the moment you first access the Platform and remains in force until your account is permanently closed and all outstanding balances have been settled.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with z666's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional offer's terms, the promotional offer's terms will prevail only with respect to that specific promotion. In all other matters, these Terms take precedence.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on z666, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. z666 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person (individual) registering on your own behalf. Registration by corporate entities, organisations, or on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of z666, nor an immediate family member of any of the foregoing, when playing on the Platform.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your real full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number to which you have exclusive access.

Each player may hold one and only one account on z666. If you already hold a z666 account and attempt to register an additional account, both accounts may be closed and any balances held across both accounts forfeited. Registration on z666 requires the following:

• A valid Bangladesh mobile number that you personally own and to which you have exclusive access. This number will be your primary account identifier and the channel through which verification codes and security alerts are sent.
• A unique password of at least 8 characters. z666 strongly recommends using a password that is not shared with any other website or service. z666 never stores passwords in plain text.
• Your accurate full legal name and date of birth as they appear on your national identity card, birth certificate, or passport. This information is required to process withdrawals and to verify your identity when requested.
• Confirmation that you are 21 or older, that you are not accessing z666 from a prohibited jurisdiction, and that you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
• Accurate payment account details for at least one supported payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard) registered in your own legal name.

z666 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. z666 also reserves the right to require additional identity verification documentation from any player at any time, including certified copies of national identification, utility bills, or bank statements, in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect the integrity of the Platform.

All financial transactions on z666 — deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however z666 may apply enhanced due diligence checks for deposits exceeding certain thresholds.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made, except where this is not technically possible, in which case z666 will use an alternative verified account in the player's name.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made from and to payment accounts registered in your own name. z666 does not accept third-party deposits and will not process withdrawals to accounts held in any name other than the registered account holder's name.
• Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of the request being approved. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume, during scheduled system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.
• z666 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or card issuer) may apply their own transaction fees which are outside z666's control.

z666 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases z666 will notify the player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

z666 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are credited to your z666 account as bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to circumvent this rule by registering multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and any winnings derived from bonus play that have not been converted to real money through completion of the wagering requirement within the applicable expiry window will be forfeited automatically.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.

All content on z666.buzz — including but not limited to software, source code, database architecture, design layouts, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the property of z666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence, right, or interest in any of z666's intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any part of z666's intellectual property without the prior written consent of z666. Unauthorised use of z666's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

z666 collects, processes, stores, and shares personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at z666.buzz/privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using z666, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data z666 collects, why it collects it, how it is stored and secured, how long it is retained, and what rights you have in respect of your personal data.

All data transmitted between your device and z666.buzz is encrypted using industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. z666 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party game providers, payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z666 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from a gaming outcome, including any outcome that a player believes was caused by a technical error, where z666 can demonstrate the integrity of the relevant game round's Random Number Generator result.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by factors outside z666's direct control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, payment gateway failures, or acts of God.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Loss or damage resulting from your own breach of these Terms, your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or your use of the Platform in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits z666's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by z666's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. Where z666's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount deposited by the player into their z666 account during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

z666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct outlined in Section 7.
• Discovery that the player is under 21 years of age or has provided false information during the registration process or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to complete identity verification requirements within the timeframe specified by z666.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring z666 to freeze or close the account.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of identity verification if not already completed. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from incomplete bonus wagering cycles are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

z666 may revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
